Global Shipping
House Of Zeno ships to most countries worldwide. While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 Business Days, and shipping will take around 5-9 business days worldwide depending on your shipping location. We ship to all countries except some Islands.
Total Shipping time is Processing time + Shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
