We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $6.95. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 5 to 9 business days after dispatch, so your order should arrive within 6 to 12 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day start processing the same day.

As soon as your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped yet. Email support@houseofzeno.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, email support@houseofzeno.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.

You have 90 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we never charge restocking fees. Read the full Return and Refund Policy.

Email support@houseofzeno.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Yes. If you would like a different size or color, email support@houseofzeno.com and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or payment provider may need a few additional days to show the amount in your account.

Yes. Payments are protected with SSL encryption and handled by trusted payment providers. We never store your card details on our own systems.
